Chiyogami Stud Earrings-Navy and Gold Cherry Blossoms
Great everyday stud earrings in navy and gold cherry blossoms. They are handmade with Japanese Chiyogami paper that is placed on a 1/2 inch circle laser cut birch wood. The piece is finished off with a layer of resin. The metal earring findings are of lead and nickel-free stainless steel and have nice tight ear backs.
Cherry blossoms (Sakura) as well as plum blossom are heralds of Spring in Japan, and are also a metaphor for the ephemeral nature of life.
Because of the paper and wood, I advise to always take your Sweet Space jewelry off before bathing or swimming. Also, please do not spray alcohol products like hairspray or perfume near them because it can damage the piece.
